Hi there,
This is your monthly roundup of Spot product updates and DEI-related content. There’s been so much HR and DEI news recently that we’ve added a links section highlighting some of the big developments in the field.
New from Spot
Here are some of the recent updates and improvements to Spot (many of these started as feedback from you all).
- Request a report: Want documentation from someone related to or involved in an incident? You can now send a request to file a Spot report. Go to Request report in your dashboard Inbox.
- Attach files with internal notes: If you have external documents related to a case, you can now add them to a report along with a note, all visible to other admins who also have access to the report.
- Harassment prevention training sold separately: Know someone who needs sexual harassment prevention training? We now sell Spot’s training on its own. Pass along a referral link so friends get 20% off. Find your referral link in Settings > Billing in the dashboard.
- Self-service signup: This one bears repeating. Has it ever been possible to simply sign up for an HR tool online? Well, it is now. Organizations using Spot’s Case Management Pro, Case Management Unlimited, and/or Sexual Harassment Prevention Training can get set up entirely online and customize their Spot instance in the dashboard. See more on our Implementation page or view the How to Implement Incident Reporting and How to Roll Out Harassment Prevention Training videos.
